Oh hi. I iz alives!

        Seem like a daunting thing to actually make a comeback on this blog. Not that any of you read it on a regular basis or anything, so yea…I figured I ought to go fill this up. ^^

        And zomg it’s the NEW YEAR ALREADY! 2011!

        New year celebrations, ain’t as awesome as last time anymore I guess. BO-to the O-to the ring. Anyways, let’s do a little recap on things I experienced in 2010 shall we?

 

January:

Joined the awesomest two-week-long camp (the only two-week-long camp) I’d ever joined!

         Met a lot of awesome people who are on fire for Christ. Really kicked in the sense of knowing what being a Christian means. And oh, I haven’t gone through water baptism by the way. ><!

 

February:

Worked here for quite some time. Till SPM results came out.

      And MY MY MY!! The kind of customers I meet on the regular basis. The snobs, the racists, the hot bimbos that pretend to know what they reading chicks etc etc etc. It was definitely an eye-opening experience for me.

      In that same month, I went overseas for the SECOND TIME in my life. To a place which matches Kuala Lumpur’s blazing tropical heat!

       Anyhow, this is one of those rare occasions that EVERYONE in the family goes on a vacation together. Kinda reminiscing about it right now in fact.

      Bangkok really is a very different country. Not as different as the one I’m in now ah. But that time, it really was breath-taking.

I sorta miss Bangkok (heck, I’d miss anywhere warmer than Moscow)

 

March:

      This month has gotta be the biggest highlight of the year. This month…..

..is when I got my SPM results (9A2B yo!)

coincidently, propelling my plans to achieve my dreams as a doctor forwards.

thrown myself in a 4-month long Foundation in Science course.

made awesome friends.

       In short, everything happened pretty quick, March was a time of……acceleration I think.

 

April:

Turned 18.

Broke up.

Nuff’ said.

 

May:

       This month is sorta interesting for me because……..

I STRAIGHTENED MY HAIR!!! RAWR!! ( which lasted only 4 month….meow)

but seriously…..I looked awesome! Hee~

 

June:

 
Really got to know the friends of my brother, followed my Mother Teresa’s advice, drew my circle of friends/family wider.

    Really got me in line with how other think ya know what I mean? I mean I’d always hung out with people who think like me. My brother’s friends, really opened my eyes I guess.

 

July:

     ANOTHER MONTH OF HIGHLIGHT?!

SPAIN WON

ME HAPPY

Nuff’ said.

     LOL. Not only that of course. Finals was around that time too. Bla bla bla….things went ok. bla bla bla.

NOT forgetting to mention

TRIP TO PENANG!!

Needless to say, I ate Penang.

 

August:

Became official with her ^^ (mum didn’t object….I think ><)

      Being with her really is like taking a leap of faith. Cos’ within 2 months, we were gonna leave to 2 separate countries. She is currently studying in Bogor, Indonesia while I am studying in Moscow, Russia.

      So yea, long-distance is hard, but thank God for the Internet I must say…

       6 years apart is gonna be tough, but if we could go through this, we could go through anything.

(Clap and cry please, thank you) lol

 

September:

      September seems to be a month of farewells I must say….and gosh, emotional.

      The fact that I have to say goodbye to the awesome people I know around me was kinda unnerving, but its not like I ain’t coming back forever right?

October:

I fly. (Gosh I miss my awesome baby sister…AND BABY BROTHER TOO!)

       1st month is Moscow is sorta hard. Things didn’t went as planned BUT I’ll elaborate on that next time on….

 

November:

Moscow peeps!

       This is a time where I sorta got to know my batch mates, my roommates a little more better, and my seniors who are AWESOME!!!

       November still was a time for me to get a little more accustomed to Moscow. But all is well I guess.

 

December:

       For my first Christmas in Moscow~

and my my….Greater things have yet to come.

 

 

CONCLUSION:

        2010 was definitely a time of great change for me. Everything is different, tried out so many things. It was a whirlwind of so many things. Kinda hard to put all these into words I must say…..

         Well all I can hope for right now is for 2011 to be even greater, even more exciting.

        Let God lead the way shall we? ^^
